How to Access and Manage Your Legacy Enquiries in the New Dashboard

 

Wondering what's happened to the enquiries you received before the launch of the new dashboard? Don’t worry – they’re still accessible. This guide explains where to find your old (legacy) enquiries, how long they’ll be available, and how you can continue to manage them during the transition.

Where to Find Your Old Enquiries

 

You’ll still have access to all your previous enquiries for a period of time following the dashboard update.

To view your legacy enquiries:

  1. Head to the Enquiries section in your Canvas dashboard.

  2. You’ll see your new enquiries start to populate from the date the new system goes live.

  3. Your old (legacy) enquiries will also be visible in the same section, clearly marked.

✏️ What Can I Do with Them?

 

You can still fully manage your old enquiries, just as before:

  • View all your  legacy enquiries

  • Update their statuses (e.g., mark as booked or lost)

  • Log bookings from old enquiries to keep your records accurate

💡 Tip: Logging older bookings still helps maintain visibility and performance on the platform.

How Long Will They Be Available?

 

We’re keeping your legacy enquiries accessible while we gradually transition everything over to the new dashboard.

  • You’ll have plenty of time to access and manage them.

  • We’ll notify you before any older data is archived or removed.

🔄 Looking Ahead

 

As the new dashboard becomes the standard, all new enquiries and updates will be handled exclusively within the updated system. Your older data won’t be lost – it’s simply transitioning with you.
