Key points and terms of our subscription agreements 📑

Subscription Term & Renewal

All Canvas subscriptions run on a 12-month fixed term.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the term unless cancelled in line with the notice period

You can only cancel within 30 days of your renewal date

If cancellation notice is not received within this window, the subscription will roll over for a further 12 months

Example:
If your renewal date is in September and you request cancellation in January, your subscription will continue until September, at which point it will end.

Renewal pricing may be adjusted based on performance and usage over the previous term.

Before You Cancel: A Quick Review Call

As part of the cancellation process, we suggest a short call with our team. This is not to pressure you to stay, but to ensure:

All enquiries and bookings have been properly logged

No missed opportunities or unresponded enquiries remain

You’re fully aware of recent platform updates and improvements

You’re getting the most value from the remainder of your term

Before finalising a cancellation request, we strongly recommend reviewing:

  • Your dashboard performance and enquiry values

  • Lost and in-progress enquiries

  • Logged bookings vs generated value

  • Recent product and AI feature updates

Many venues find that revisiting their dashboard alongside these updates helps them uncover new opportunities, missed enquiries, or additional value they weren’t previously aware of.

Our Guarantee

We guarantee that in your first year on Canvas you will either:

Generate at least £200,000 in enquiries, or

Cover your subscription fee through confirmed Canvas bookings

If this threshold is not met, we’ll extend your membership for free until it is.

Guarantee Terms

This guarantee applies provided that:

You are in your first year only

You respond to at least 90% of enquiries

Your average response time over 12 months is 12 hours or less

You keep all communication within the Canvas platform

Bookings are logged correctly in the dashboard

Your subscription may renew once the minimum booking threshold is achieved.
