How to Share Enquiries Across Your Team for Faster Response Times

f you work in a team and want multiple people to receive and respond to enquiries via email, you can easily add additional users through the dashboard. This ensures enquiries are not missed and that the right person can reply quickly.

👥 Adding Multiple Contacts to Your Venue

Go to the Venue Contact Section

Log in to your Canvas dashboard and navigate to the Contact section for your venue.

Add a New Venue Manager

Click Add Contact.

Enter the email address of the new team member you want to add.

Each additional user you add will appear in the list under your venue’s contact section.

Set Permissions

Make sure "CC Selected User" is ticked.

This ensures that enquiries are copied to the newly added contact(s).
📩 How It Works Once Set Up
✅ All new enquiries will be emailed to:

The main venue contact

Any additional team members you've added
✅ Each team member will be able to reply directly to the client from their own inbox.
✅ Our system will track who responded first using a round-robin logic:
If a client replies back, the response will be directed to the person who originally responded, not the whole team.
