I can't find my enquiry to log a booking
How to Retrieve Lost Enquiries and Log Your Booking Successfully
If you’re trying to log a booking but can’t find the enquiry, don’t worry—it’s likely that the enquiry has been moved to the “Lost” section. This can happen either manually or automatically after a period of inactivity. Here's how to retrieve it and log your booking.
🔍 Why Can’t I See the Enquiry?
There are two common reasons an enquiry may be missing from your active dashboard:
-
It was manually marked as lost by someone on your team
-
It was automatically moved to "Lost" after 30 days of inactivity and the venue didnt finalise the enquiry.
🔄 How to Move a Lost Enquiry Back to Log the Booking
-
Go to the “Lost” section in your dashboard
-
Find the enquiry you want to update
-
Drag and drop the enquiry into the “In Progress” section
-
Once it's in In Progress, you’ll now be able to:
-
Click into the enquiry
-
Update the status to “Booking Confirmed”
-
Enter the final booking value
-
✅ Once logged, the booking will be recorded in your performance dashboard.
🌟 Why Logging Bookings Matters
-
Every booking you log marks your venue as a “Most Popular Venue” for 90 days
-
This gives you increased visibility across the platform
-
It helps track your venue’s performance and ensures we credit your success accurately
💡 Final Tip
Keep logging your bookings—even older ones. The more you log, the better your visibility, rankings, and reporting will be on Canvas.
