If you're seeing your video reach 100% upload but it doesn't appear or fails to show on the preview page, here's what to check:
✅ Video File Size

Videos must be under 100MB to upload successfully.

This size limit ensures quick loading for clients browsing on mobile devices.
⚠️ Still Having Issues Uploading?
If your video is under 100MB but still not appearing or failing to process:

Please get in touch with our team, and we’ll upload it on your behalf.

You can email the file or share a link (e.g. via WeTransfer or Google Drive).
Trouble Adding a 3D Tour?
If your 3D tour isn't appearing correctly or is showing an error, it’s likely due to the type of link used.
✅ Use a Direct Share Link
Make sure you're using a direct share URL, not a general website or landing page link.
Example:
If using Matterport, click on “Share this Space” and copy the link that looks like this:
🔗 https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=XXXXX
Avoid links that go to your main website or an embedded version of the tour — they won’t display properly.
