Event Types
The most important are the event types and what you have ticked.
Event types determine which searches your venue appears in. If an event type isn't ticked,
your venue won’t show up for it – meaning you’ll miss out on potential bookings.
✅ Tick event types you want to attract enquiries for.
Untick event types that you don’t want to receive enquiries for
Example: If you want product launches, make sure it’s ticked. If you don’t host birthday parties, untick that option to avoid irrelevant inquiries.
🔄 Tip: Check and update your event types every few months to keep them accurate
Features and restrictions
And then as we scroll down a bit, the features and restrictions. These are super important, especially with our new matchmaker tool, because people will specifically select things that they're looking for (And if these aren't up to date or it's incorrect, then again, it just ends up wasting your time and theirs). Please check your features and restrictions to avoid mismatches.
Selecting/Deselecting these will probably take you just five minutes to go through. It's really important. And at the end of the day, will help you guys perform on our platform!
