If you've sent a message and haven’t heard back there's a good chance the response might be sitting in your junk or spam folder.
Now that we have moved to a brand new messaging system, the email notifications follow a new format, which means some mail programs may automatically mark emails as spam or junk.
To make sure your messages always land in the inbox, whitelist our Canvas’ sender address:@messages.canvas-events.co.uk
Whitelisting tells your email provider that emails from Canvas are safe and shouldn’t be marked as spam.
