Embracing AI tools for Smarter Way to Track Enquiries and Bookings
We’ve launched two powerful new features to help you stay on top of your enquiries and highlight which ones are most likely to convert:

Both are designed to save you time, boost conversion rates, and help you focus on the enquiries that matter most.
🤖 AI Booking Predictions
What is it?
Our AI models automatically scan your communication with clients and predict the likelihood of a booking — from 70% up to 100% — as well as flagging when a site visit has been mentioned or confirmed.
You’ll now see a new AI Prediction pop-up and a column in your dashboard showing:

✅ 100% chance of booking

📅 90% chance of site visit
-
💬 70% chance of booking, etc.
Think of it as a spotlight on your warmest leads — no more digging through enquiry chains to guess which ones to chase.
When Will an Enquiry Be Tagged?
We only apply AI predictions if:
-
There have been at least 3 engagements (messages exchanged) between you and the client on the platform
-
AND the model detects a confirmed site visit or a 70–100% likelihood of booking
If there’s insufficient interaction or the confidence is too low, the enquiry won’t be tagged.
Keeping your messages on Canvas is essential — if the conversation happens over phone or private email, we can’t analyse it and won’t be able to provide accurate predictions.
Where to Find It

Head to the AI Predictions section on the left menu

You’ll see a filtered view of tagged enquiries

Click into any to update status or follow up
What If the Enquiry Is Already Lost?
Even if an enquiry has moved to Lost after 30 days of inactivity, you can:

Go to the Lost section

Look for the AI Prediction tag
-
Drag it into “In Progress”
-
Update the status to Booking and log the final spend
Bookings you log boost your venue to Most Popular status for 90 days, increasing visibility across the site.
AI Call Summaries
What is it?
If a client calls the number listed on your profile, the call is recorded (for quality purposes) and summarised using AI.
Within 24 hours, you’ll receive:

A written summary of the conversation

A copy of the audio recording
-
A new enquiry entry in your dashboard (tagged as a Call)
What You Can Do with It

View or listen to the summary
-
Mark the enquiry as Lost or Booking
-
Use it like a regular enquiry — track, tag, and follow up as needed
Many bookings start with a phone call — we’re making sure those don’t slip through the cracks.
Status Flow Still Applies
AI-tagged enquiries follow the same logic as standard enquiries:

After 17 days of inactivity → Needs Finalising
-
After 30 days of inactivity → Lost
-
You can still take action on them at any time
Final Tips for Success

Only enquiries with at least 3 platform-based messages and a strong signal of booking or site visit will be tagged

Always respond through the dashboard — this ensures we can monitor activity and support you with predictions

Logging bookings not only gives you accurate data, it also boosts your visibility
-
If you see an enquiry that’s likely to convert but hasn’t been tagged, double-check that most of the interaction took place on Canvas
